Dance Battle with Mikel Ergar & Kofi Yiadom
at Flux Laboratory
On the occasion of the exhibition Re/member your House at the Centre d’Art Contemporain Genève, Afro-Greek dancers Chocolate Muffin (Mikel Ergar) & Kofi (Kofi Yiadom) organize The Art of Now at Flux Laboratory, a dance battle aspiring to come in contact with the urban community of artists that build a bridge between contemporary art and the underground hip-hop dance scene.
Featuring local dancers in Geneva, and having as a guest judge Cartoon the evening will be set to the rhythm of a DJ Namu Serpentard
Chocolate Muffin (Mikel Ergar) & Kofi (Kofi Yiadom) are both artists and dancers who are protagonists of the collective community project the AfroGreeks by Døcumatism. They are dynamic individuals with a shared love for hip-hop and dance who claim their right to express themselves as artists outside of Greece.
